Problems getting into matches

There were several times for me last night where I was at the loading screen and the match begins and I hear the match going on and I can't do anything but play with my class settings. Couldn't back out to find a new match or join the one I was trying to get into. One time it ended and all of sudden I was a Paladin recieving all the stuff that I had as a variant. After every match it takes me out of whatever district I was fighting for and places me back on North America. Is it normal for it to do this because I am getting sick of looking for the district I was just in and trying to find the people. I wish it showed you which areas had players to join instead of randomly guessing. These are the areas I seem to be having the worse problems with

Almost samething here,just can't seem to find enough players.
Need something telling players how many are in each districts

Which district you choose doesn't affect who you're matched up with. It's more of a formality for the metagame; people you're matched up with may be playing from different districts. I wish that was made clearer, I know.
