No announcement one way or the other from 5th Cell at the moment. The 30th is a Sa****ay and XBLA games release on Wednesdays, so that's a guess on IGNs part and it's really unlikely.
When in doubt, use fire.
IGN makes random guesses on release dates instead of TBA. Don't trust that site for releases until multiple sites suggest the same and/or the developers say so themselves.

Apparently Hybrid is in the mix with the Summer of Arcade releases. Could be the first one or could easily be the one five weeks after (the last). They haven't said when SoA starts yet, so nothing right away.

So no release date yet? You would think that if they already have planned what games will come out for Summer of Arcade then they would also have the release dates planned out by now.
