We are working with Microsoft to fix these server issues. Many people from both 5TH Cell and MS are working together to sort the problem out. We are making progress, but it will take time unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvenience, however we don't foresee this problem to continue once it's fixed.

at least you guys are doing something about it. and that you are keeping your playerbase updated on the things going on. Hope it all goes smoothly.
Thanks for letting us know. Too many games (not just arcade games) don't even bother telling their players what's happening. My friends and I will keep checking these forums for an update of when the servers are back online.

Microsoft server compatibility always seems to be rocky day one, so this isn't terribly unexpected. If DICE has been making online matchmaking games for years with the same issues just about every launch, there's no blame here from me for this issue, especially from a developer as versatile as you guys. I'm sure you got your hands on some smart guys to do your netcode, and learned what you needed from the beta to get this running like it should. Of course, I don't know the situation, so take my input with a grain of salt. Anyways, me and my girlfriend took the day off for this, so let's hope this won't take too long!
But come on, Hybrid is ONLINE ONLY! That's their only focus! Don't get me wrong, I really want to play this, but MS had to know this was coming and they're still not prepared! Just frustrating!
Does 5thCell have a Twitter account and are they updating there? Anyone know? That way I can follow without having to refresh these forums.
